How to Get Started

Follow these steps to begin your journey at the Virtual Pilot Institute.

  1. Step 1: Join the Discord Server

    Click the link below to join our Discord server where all communication happens.

  2. Step 2: Fill Out the Application

    Navigate to the #applications channel and complete the form.

  3. Step 3: Create a VATSIM Account

    To start flying online, you’ll need a VATSIM account. Click below to register:

    Before flying, make sure to review the VATSIM Policies and Code of Conduct for a smooth experience.

  4. Step 4: Waitlist

    After submitting your application, you will be placed on a waitlist.

  5. Step 5: Get Started!

    Once accepted, you will receive details on your first training session.
